Owning and operating McSweeney Steel is Karen’s passion and she is committed to customer satisfaction, financial management and mutual growth. Prior to joining McSweeney Steel in 2006, Karen had been an accomplished sales and marketing executive with Ford Motor Company. Her experience in complex program management, communication and facilitation, tactical implementation and execution are put to good use in the project management, fabrication, and shipping expertise which are McSweeney hallmarks. Steve Rengli joined our team in May 2012 but he has been meeting the needs of metal fabrication customers since 1989. He has extensive experience designing, estimating, planning, and coordinating production & installation. His passion is partnering with customers and vendors to achieve the desired result of quality product, delivered on time at a fair price. Jessica Higa

Jessica Higa

Jessica was born and raised on Oahu. She has an Architecture degree from the University of Hawaii - Manoa but has been working in Project Management jobs on the mainland since 2000. She is a dedicated professional; consistently exhibiting her commitment to excellence as an estimator and project manager for McSweeney Steel. Amanda Ziccarelli

Amanda joined the McSweeney Steel team as a project manager in the summer of 2016 and hit the ground running. Her enthusiasm, experience and personable disposition are unique and a great addition to McSweeney Steel. She continually strives to learn, grow, and succeed to the best of her abilities and expects nothing less of herself.
